Often, the
excitement of being lucidly aware in a dream can cause the lucid dreamer
to awaken. Lying in bed, the lucid dreamer may wish to return to the
dream scene, and continue the lucid dream. In his new book on lucid dreaming,
Robert Waggoner explains how experienced lucid dreamers have discovered
that dream re-entry is possible, and the common techniques for success.
If followed explicitly, you can also succeed at re-entering a dream
lucidly aware.
Steps
-
1When you wake from a lucid dream, lie quietly in bed. Do not move, or even open your eyes for more than a few seconds if you can manage it.
-
2Pay close attention to the position of your body, and return your body to the exact position it had upon waking from the lucid dream. Move your arms, legs, hands, head and torso to mimic that position.
-
3Recall the end of the lucid dream clearly in your mind. See the details and the setting near the end of the lucid dream.
-
4Imaginatively focus on a particular event, or object or viewpoint from the end of the lucid dream, and allow yourself to doze off. Here, you may spontaneously re-enter the dream lucidly.
-
5Alternatively, you may find it easier to re-enter the lucid dream if you consciously imagine yourself viewing the lucid dream from some dream figure or dream item that you remember. See the earlier lucid dream from that new vantage point in the dream space. Imaginatively see the end of the lucid dream from its perspective, and then allow yourself to doze off. At this point, you may re-enter a very similar dream lucidly aware.Source : wikihow.com
